Ingredients:Haridra, Nishoth, Hareetaki, Sharkara, Mustaka, Ajwain, Chitrak, Kutki, Vidand, Lauh bhasma, Abhrak bhasma and other ingredients as per Bhaishajya Ratnavali.

Dosage:3g ( 1/2 tea spoonful ) twice a day with luke warm water or as directed by the physician.

Dietary:Old Rice, Bitter gourd ( Karela ), Sahijan ( Drum stick ), Muli ( Radish ), Anar ( Pome Granate ), Honey and other Bitter Food.
Avoid:Jaggery, Fish, Non Vegetarian food, Alcohol, Day sleep, Cold water bath, Exercise, exposure to sun, heavy food.
